Two 15-minute stop time halves

Running time at any point goal differential reaches 4

Mercy rule at any point goal differential reaches 6

Overtime in pool play = 4v4 (no goaltender) sudden death OT

Overtime in playoffs = 3v3 (plus goaltender) 10-minute sudden death OT. If still tied 4v4 (no goaltender) sudden death shall ensue.

The roster limit is 15 for both the Men’s & Women’s Division

Teams will be seeded based on 3 points for a win and 1 point for an overtime loss

Tiebreaking procedure

The head to head result of two teams tied in total points will determine the higher seed.

3-way tie

A. Best goal differential in games between tied teams shall determine the higher seed

B. Least goals allowed in games between the tied teams shall determine the higher seed

C. Most goals scored in games between the tied teams shall determine the higher seed

D. Repeat steps A-C using all games played until the tie is broken.

Note: At whatever point the 3-way tie is broken revert back to the head to head result of the remaining two tied teams to determine the higher seed.
